Valentina
“Valentina” was created and presented to the public, a 1:1 scale holographic avatar equipped with a series of sensors and artificial intelligence. Valentina is able to communicate with the user and carry out a series of operations in the branch, both informative and implementing (e.g., withdrawals, loans, transfers). A particularly innovative aspect is represented by the empathic component of the avatar, which is customizable in its representation and uses body language aimed at establishing a relationship of trust with the customer.
Valentina was awarded at the IT Forum 2019 as part of the “FinTech Age Awards”. The Responsibility prize was awarded for the combination achieved between responsibility and technological innovation.
